John G. Tellaisha AIA, IIDA
Principal
OLIVER DESIGN GROUP
Cleveland, OH

John G. Tellaisha joined Oliver Design Group in 1984 as a Project Manager, bringing extensive experience in the planning and design of major multi-tenant office and retail projects from his years with the Jacobs Group, a nationally prominent development firm. John's project experience ranges greatly from complex renovation projects for corporate and hospitality users to major corporate office occupants, including service firms, consulting, law, accounting, financial services and general corporate occupancies. Strong conceptual thinking, dogmatic management skills, great attention to detail and deep technical/ technology skills are evident in John's skill set quiver.

While at Oliver Design Group, John secured his Masters in Business Administration degree, became also a registered Interior Designer, making him one of the very few design professionals with an MBA, an Architect's license and an Interior Designer license, thus demonstrating the multi-valent nature of skills needed in delivering the highest level of professional skills to Oliver Design Group clients.

John has a very relaxed demeanor, which conceals his speed at problem identification and problem-solving. Clients return to ODG to work with John, and he is widely respected within the region's design community as a practitioner of great skill and ability. John's earnest commitment also reflects well on his cognitive skills and cost/ time management abilities to assure successful outcomes by staying focused on defined client objectives from beginning to occupancy and beyond. John was made a Principal of Oliver Design Group in 1994, and functions as Studio Director and Director of Technology Systems for the firm.

John graduated from Kent State University with degrees in Architecture and Environmental Design, and secured his MBA from Cleveland State University.
