Lynn has been involved in the architectural interiors and design community for over twenty years. She received technical and on-the-job training as a project manager and estimator with a commercial sub-contractor, working on multi million dollar office and institutional projects. She held positions in the contract furniture sales and manufacturing sales and technical representative capacities. She has broad experience and unique perspective from the contractor, vendor, manufacturer and design sides of the business.
For more than two decades, Lynn's focus has been marketing and management with Oliver Design Group. She has assisted in growing the original firm from a 6-member interior design studio to a 30-member architectural interior design practice in Pittsburgh/Cleveland/Detroit. As Director of Marketing, the firm's revenue base expanded 500% within five years, while headcount grew 400%. She is now a principal and owner of the firm and is dedicated to insuring that the client's best interests are met throughout the development of each assignment.
Lynn is an involved member of the design team and has quality control responsibilities.
